Thanks, but I'm perfectly aware of all of this. (I have experienced death before.) I occasionally re-read all of my dreams from the previous year regardless, so. Of course I do not actually think that any of my dreams are psychic messages or meaningful in any way. But it hasn't even been one full month since he died, so I can't help but dwell on death in general whenever I can't sleep. (Doesn't matter if I'm reading a book or out with friends or what.)

To clarify-- the "irrational part of me" is also frequently worried that I have a deadly brain tumor or that someone will break into the house at any moment, so it's more of just an intrusive thought/worry. And I have a huge interest in dream symbolism in addition to all of this which doesn't help.
