Last night was the first time I've cooked in a while:
- Lemon and garlic butter Tilapia w/Capers
- Garlic mashed potatoes w/chicken gravy
- Mixed green salad w/cheddar & mushrooms
- Peach tea w/mango juice
The Tilapia was a little heavy on the lemon side, so for the left-overs tonight, I'll be trying some creamy garlic dressing to drizzle over the top. I'm just winging it.
