Live next door to a single mom. I think she is late 30s.

Constantly shouting at her kids. Aged between 4-10 I think. When I say shouting I really mean it and it can be at all hours of the day, it's upsetting to hear because of how loud it is and how upset the children seem to get. I have heard them crying before and they are very young like I say.

I don't think she is hitting them but I can't be sure.

Thoughts.
