And just to be clear, I wasn't talking about Batty at all. I get he's trying to be funny and I can take him in stride. He also knows when to let up and I appreciate that.

Like Troll, I did feel somewhat insulted by you and Frown. And I'm sorry but if this forum would consider someone like Frownland as a mod, there is definitely some sort of dysfunction here.
As for you, Hawk, I hope you are taking note of all these comments. I know you have feelings too (our battle royale started, I believe, from me jokingly comparing you to Elph- maybe you were the one that was butt hurt and you had to lash out). Anyway, I have no hard feelings towards you. Frown, on the other hand, especially as a mod (and I have some cred here if you ever visit my old forum- that I have returned to btw), need to know when to butt out.

Nobody is calling you a bully, MLM. But what you're doing may be just as bad. You're like the bystander who refuses to do nothing when you see a person on the street being assaulted. Maybe you don't get mussed up but that doesn't do anything for the one being assaulted, does it?
I'm glad to see you showing some strength, Grindy. It's about time someone addressed what I see as a major problem here. I hope the other mods will take note and begin to protect some of the more vulnerable members here. It's what I took pride in at my writing forum and I may be in that position again there, even as a retired super. And, you may be shocked to know, I don't consider myself to be vulnerable nor do I think Troll is. But you see the abuse that's heaped upon other members, notably Chula, and sometimes the only way you can protest is with your feet.
Troll, I hope I see you on the writing forum. I really think you'll feel comfortable there. People that go on personal attacks there don't last very long, believe me.
So it was good to see some of you at least (even you, MLM). I probably won't be back but I thought it was important to make my thoughts known. Good luck to all of you and remember, it's only a music forum. Being on the wrong end of someone's venom doesn't make you a bad person.
