I don't respect anyone with a pallet so refined that they can't appreciate chocolate cheesecake. Cheesecake is dumb easy to love, and just about any variation is amazing. And anyone who has a contrary opinion can get ebola. All you have to do is taste any kind of cheesecake and decide, "Yeah that's good".
