Well Andy Warhol was actually trying to make an artistic statement. Is Dr. Luke trying to make any statement when he produces a Britney Spears track?
If a song like this only exists to sell then is it art or simply a pale imitation? Is the only reason it qualifies as art that idiots like me worship it as art? Does the intention have any merit on its concept of art or is the interpretation the only thing that matters?
