The beaches that were soaked in oil and then covered in tar balls are now apparently pristine.
Obviously I have no idea what’s way out there in the gulf but I didn’t think the beaches would ever be back to normal but they are.

They say that oil never hit US beaches but that’s not how I remember it. That **** left residue on the beaches for years.
