Here is a good one.
There are twin boys who are adopted at birth.
One moves with his new family to Spain and his new family name him Juan. The other moves to Egypt and his family call him Amal.
When Juan reaches 18, he contacts his birth mother with a photo of himself.
She says to his father, 'I really wish I could see Amal'.
