Maybe, or maybe not. Just because it happened to you doesn't mean it'll happen to me. I've already hit bottom before and might do it again, but I might also learn to love myself. Reading how all these people seem to hate themselves so much and most of them seem like great people to me makes me think that perhaps I shouldn't hate myself when I don't think they should hate themselves. Plus, I only have like 15 months left to prevent it so I definitely won't get old hating myself.
So I'd really appreciate it if you didn't try to project your own self loathing on me and perhaps work on loving yourself instead.
