Sorry, missed this one at first, despite several other members quoting it.
That does have a kind of Silent Hill vibe to it. That mix of calm and ominous that I remember from the Silent Hill 2 soundtrack. But there's more to it. Sounds kinda jazzy, but also reminds me of 70's prog. Like the town of Silent Hill corrupted a record store and spat this out.
