and although there were only ever two black people I know of working in my office over the thirty years (nearly) I was there, one of them was a director, so I doubt it has anything to do with keeping the jobs for whites.
It's obviously a lot different over there, which is why Monkey takes that attitude, and so frankly would I. I guess he should have said "it doesn't exist here."
