Blacks, Asians, Muslims, you name it ... everyone gets treated more or less the same here in Ireland (like ****) and although there were only ever two black people I know of working in my office over the thirty years (nearly) I was there, one of them was a director, so I doubt it has anything to do with keeping the jobs for whites.
