To summarize: - If you're an incredibly popular band, but there's an even more popular band out there, that makes you unpopular and underrated.
- If you're "damn heavy" and got to number one in the 90s, you can't be bad or overrated.
- If you're considered a great band by some people, you can't be overrated.
