The wattage is fixed at 14w so you can't change it but you won't need to, I've used it before and it's great for what it is and definitely for a starter vape. There might be newer models out now this is just an example to help you.

The coils are 1.5ohm so you would want a higher nicotine level for the liquid than you would have for sub ohm vaping which is usually 3-6mg. 12mg should do it, you can buy that in 10ml online very easily probably for around £1 per 10ml (don't know what the price is in Germany). Keep in mind EU regulations on liquids/tanks but there are ways round them.
