Well yeah she really one the lottery with Kurt Cobain but they were still in a real relationship and had a kid so I don't think that was faked but maybe her intentions weren't entirely honest from the beginning. I think they were drifting apart in their marriage at that point that she had an affair with Billy Corgan and I heard she was also seeing that singer from the Lemon heads Evan Dando. The thing that changed my mind about Courtney love was watching their home movies in the documentary Montage of Heck. It seemed like the relationship was pretty genuine and that they both were really serious about each other. I could be wrong.
