Perhaps i used the wrong term. I think Kurt was an unreliable dad because he was a heavy heroin user. They were a dysfunctional couple cause Courtney used drugs too but when Frances came along i think she was forced to be the responsible one. Obvz i didn't know them personally but there's a scene in Montage of heck where Kurt is smacked out and he has Frances on his lap and that seems like an indication of that.

Yea, it's hard to tell what really happened but i don't think it's that crazy to believe she had him killed cause there was a lot to gain from it.
