You should be able to get:
Encona Hot Pepper Sauce
Cholula Original
Cholula Chipotle
Franks Red Hot
In any supermarket up in Leeds.
Give a few of those a go. Post if you want suggestions on what to do with them.
The Encona is a good all round hot sauce but it is hot.They have a range of sauces, I've also had their Extra Hot Pepper Sauce, which just seemed saltier than the Original. If you want to try something particularly good then -

You will need to look online for it and it is expensive. It is great though. The guys in the US, particularly Frown, will probably be able to get this easier than us Island Monkeys.
