what does contempt have to do with publications? it’s not about whether it’s true or not, it’s about why he was choosing to share the information.
i know free speech warriors are going to claim he was just there to “voice his opinion” but you have to be pretty oblivious to believe he was there for any other reason that to cause a scene.
btw i haven’t seen any public statements leading me to believe the charge wasn’t contempt. i’ve heard disturbance of peace (which is still valid btw, all things considered) but outside of him asking if he was being arrested for contempt and not receiving an answer, there’s not enough information to sway me either way.
