In America at least from what I’ve seen there’s very little correlation between being a good teacher and keeping your job. Keep in mind I quit before you start crying sour grapes. It’s nothing like the private sector where a job well done provides security. It’s completely willy-nilly.
Men shouldn’t teach elementary or lower and especially not preschool. That’s abnormal af. Elementary kids spend too much time with one teacher anyway but it’s motherly work so women should do it.
