I agree 100%. I like the way Bethesda did it with Skyrim. If you owned the original with all DLC's, you got the remaster for free. That's how it should be. I find it silly that devs would rather make their fan base pay for the game they already have.
The Dark Souls remaster had a rough release because of that very thing. They made people pay for the remaster and got rid of the original on Steam. And the remaster didn't do anything so different to warrant another price tag.
