rice cakes and pineapples for snacks after my chicken.
chicken was good though takes 46 minutes to bake
i could have went to the store on the first floor and got some sugar snack but im tring to give up the sugar stuff for a while. its harder than i thought. to just not have any sugar in your day. try it sometime

tomorrow i am going hard in basketball. going to try and hoop twice, ill maybe get close to 20k steps if i do that.
