Mentioned twice but Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings are very authentic sounding classic R&B. They're easily my favorite R&B of the noughties. Also, if last year counts, I discovered an awesome recording by Childish Gambino called Awaken My Love. If I get a chance, I'll post some videos later after I finish working on my present project (can't do YouTube and Spotify at the same time
