No matter how bad the world can get, in the end you are responsible for your own actions. (From what I understand) he stated he wanted to be a "professional school shooter." He didn't have to fantasize in his mind school shootings, he chose to do that himself. If there wasn't all those other school shootings, and if cousin didn't beat him up, maybe he wouldn't go off that day. You can understand how those things influences his thought process, but in the end makes the decisions what he is going to do.

Peterson said something like " ... if you get enough pathological people, then society becomes pathological, and you don't want that." You should try to stop hating him, and try to understand what he is saying.
