Liverpool won't come close imo. Their front three will fail to produce the same kind of numbers - especially Salah. They still have that curse of being Liverpool and having a manager who thinks it's more important to eventually get a statue and freedom of the city than win games.
United are in for a disastrous season as well. Mourinho's third season, always ends the same way. Bought badly and I see no reason for optimism.
Call me a nutter, but I think it's between Chelsea and Arsenal for the title.
