finally started doing pull ups during my runs around the track, it has a outside gym thing, i just did 10 on the 3rd lap and then another 10 on the last lap. i hooped for an hour though and its hot out, yikes. it was 9am too wtf! (80-81 degrees) the preworkout worked better then i thought at keeping me moving. compared to the weak monster rehabs. that was just caffeine and tea basically. i need to maybe increase the amount of times i run around the track after hooping to like 10 and then 15. and do pull ups at every 5th lappy.


i might pick the kettlebell up today, that **** ended up ****ing my back up though so im really going to rethink what type of stuff i do with it
