its a ritual growing up for me and when i eat at my parents and have potatos. we wash and skin the potatos and then chop into 1 inch or so pieces and drop into a bowl that had olive oil and potato seasoning mix. mix them together and then bake for 25 minutes or so
at my parents in the midwest, my stepmother makes really tasty mashed potatos but i just always let her do her thing and justed helped with the dishes
