yeah because wouldnt a steak be a bit raw? heated but still partly raw maybe. but the raw burger meat Americans buy in the store. the 80/20,90/10 stuff.those raw might be bad i think ate cold. prolly doesnt metabolize right. or super slow lol im guessing this though, no googles done over here, sorry

Ja, processed food just means that it's been through a process. So if you cook your chicken before you eat it or chop up your veggies, technically that's processed food. Bit of a meaningless term mostly used for fear mongering mongst the yuppies.
Definitely don't eat it raw though, give it a good cook and gitchu a rare or medium rare burger.
