The rest of their movies don't do all that much for me. Inside Llewyn Davis disappointed me big time and was the movie that made me realize that actually, I'm not that into their films in general.
EDIT: Total brain fart here. I somehow forgot that No Country for Old Men is one of their movies. It's one of my favourites of all time. So pretty hit and miss for me as well.

O Brother is an undeniable comedy classic too. Not a big fan of Llewyn Davis either tbh. Felt like an indie film vaguely aping their style instead of a Coen bros film.
