This happens all the time with international orders. There's a chance it will just magically appear at my doorstep two or three weeks from now. Fingers crossed.
I'd ordered two promo prints to frame on opposite sides of a picture window in my dining room. The first print arrived intact so I really hope the other one makes it to me eventually.

If it was shipped through USPS, sometimes they only have tracking in the US. Often, it's up to the other countries to decide whether or not it's tracked all the way. Depends on their post office if anything.
We have a USPS priority mail service at UPS and we have to tell customers that there's a chance you can't track it outside of the US. Hope that clears it up.
