decided to stay inside because i didnt want to wait for the dew to dry before i went out and hooped. im lifting the kettle bell i guess today, i was able to do the set i created last time where i threw out my back. but this time i didnt have any back pain. but when i went to do the goblet squats, my knee was hurting. my knee was feeling weird already this morning but i was reminded when i did the squats.
