ive cut my food spending amounts about it half now that ive been doing the one meal a day plus a few snacks after aka intermittent fasting im slowly losing weight, i put in so much work that my snacks after the meal takes away basically.

ill just do this kettle bell stuff more heard weights work nice for the metabolism
