Teriyaki chicken kabobs tonight with grilled red onion and yellow and red bell peppers, along with corn on the cob.
Best way to cook corn on the cob? Cut off any excess husk at the top and just slap it on the grill. Turn every few minutes until the outer husk is blackened (burned). Corn steams perfectly inside the husk and stays really moist.
Kind of like how Hawaiians cook/steam pork in Taro leaves.
