im drinking a NOS grape energy drink
i ran outta pre workout mix and started buying caffeine from drinks at the store. plus i was too lazy to drive to the mall and get more mix too. so im drinking at least a coffee and a energy drink then one green tea mix..
plus about 3-4 liters of filtered tap water.
