Outside of UFC, only PFL. I'm still relatively new in my interest in it.

PFL has an interesting structure, staging seasons and awarding fighters points based on their fights, and the fighters with the most points receiving a cash prize. The promotion used to be called
"The World Series Of Fightng." It is owned [or at least presided over] by
Ray Sefo, a former fighter, so he knows how to do things, unlike that clown
Dana White in the
UFC who only cares about money.
Bellator MMA is a great promotion. They get a lot of the UFC rejects and people who get fed up with
Dana White's bull$hit. You can watch the fights for free in the U.S. on the
Paramount network [formerly
Spike TV, formerly
TNN]. They are at the end of a heavyweight tournament, with the finals being in January I believe.
Fedor Emelainenko [former PRDIE heavyweight champ] vs
Ryan Bader [former
UFC light heavyweight].
Keep your eye on
ONE FC out of Singapore. They have some good funding behind them. You can watch their fights for free on an app as well.
Eddie Alvarez just signed with them. They have
Brandon Vera and
Ben Askren as well. They have a good business model and are [I think] the largest promotion in Asia, which is nothing to scoff at.
