I'd think he was racist, obv. If he were blatantly saying that a black person is half literate. But again, I didn't see any mention of race in this thread until you posted in it. So yeah, you are making an assumption that you like to throw around as concrete evidence. Doesn't work that way.
You can weasel out all you want but you can clearly see it in your reply to his OP that you were assuming he was being racist with no evidence to prove your claim.
