I love me some ebonics even if I'm still a stuck up white *******. I grew up in a middle class family who truck with no ebonics but after a decade of working with largely poor black people I can switch between "proper" English and hood talk at the drop of a hat and generally do it automatically depending on the situation. TBH I very much prefer less formal ebonics. It's more fun, colorful, satisfying, and fits with my tendency for constant profanity, and feels less like I'm trying to show everyone around me how smart I am.
Anyone who hates on it can suck my ass.
