I take a pills too
I just worry about how young people are getting prescribed all this stuff
Like I’ve never had any kind of neurotransmitter testing or anything
No one has ever looked at or tested my brain or nervous system it’s just like here’s your drugs
At my age I’m kind of like less worried about it but I’ve already made it through my 20’s 30’s and 40’s you know
They wanted me on adhd meds as a kid (Ritalin)and I refused to take them now I think I made the right call. I believe it was healthy for my thoughts to be jumping around. I was figuring all kinds of **** out just in my own way.
Don’t take this the wrong way. I’m not giving advice. I’m saying mental health care needs to catch up. The brain is probably the part of the body they look at the least and that seems ****ed up considering it’s your brain and all.
