I got lucky and rolled a bunch of poison cards mixed with attacks that cause poison and some trinket that gave me more 0 cost attacks at the start of combat. I basically started each combat with poisoning the enemy right off the bat, using a card that allows other cards to poison, and started with up to 7 to 8 attacks.
