Weightlifting is more efficient at burning calories than cardio. I do a lot of cardio because my lungs are **** but apart from that if I want to lose weight I do an extra day of weight training.
Started back at the horses, mostly mucking out etc but really want to push myself and get good enough to maybe start show jumping but not looking forward to getting bucked off everytime I canter
