I’d set the over/under at 15. Not everybody goes rotten though. Everyone who finally realizes that they’re a part of the problem goes rotten though. She’ll never learn enough Spanish for it to be in anyway meaningful to the work she going to do. The kids will be native speakers of both languages as the need arises but her language window is already closed.
