Word. Rolls are good (especially hand rolls, way different animal though), but if you're going to a sushi joint then get the best that they have to offer. WWWP is right too, omakase is dope so long as you can afford it and you're not at a ****ty restaurant. Tuna and salmons are good starters for a beginner, but my favourites are eel, mackerel, squid, yellowtail, toro, and halibut.
