Random Radio 028: electrophotomural 2

This mix takes 272 one-minute pieces by artists from over 40 countries and
nearly 25 languages and creates a 133-minute piece of radio art through
various editing and layering techniques. Some works stand front and center as
a whole - sometimes appearing later, possibly in part, deeply buried in the mix -
while others have only a few fleeting seconds that pass by never to be heard
from again. In discussing "Variations IV," John Cage used to refer to it as a
kind of "ecumenical" work. A similar description could be used here as well.
60 Second Radio celebrates its 5th anniversary this year!
