At least that's how it is if you got into a UPS store. I think it's the same regardless so yeah. The post office can be a bit more laxed but you run the risk of it getting lost. Shipping internationally is far more reliable with UPS. Most countries dont offer tracking once it hits customs for the post office. UPS offers it all the way but you obviously pay more. You may be better off going through an actual distributor since they know all the restrictions and rules for shipping.
