I spend 4-6 hours a day on average listening to podcasts. They're where I get most of my news and entertainment - true crime pods are a huge guilty pleasure but I also listen to a fair amount of science, psychology, history, and talk shows.

The Dropout- a docuseries about the rise and fall of Elizabeth Holmes/Theranos. Similar vibe to Dr. Death, but with a smaller body count.
