Only 4% of all mammals are wild animals. Greatly reducing the human population is the only path to balance. Our sickening need for boundless reproduction is the worst form of greed there is. Once a human is born it has to consume to survive. Therefore, the only answer is a moratorium from human breeding. Trying to view ecology outside the scope of the population imbalance is like trying to understand the economy while saying money doesn’t have much to do with it. It’s the whole ****ing thing.
