I sh*t you not, somebody parked at the bottom of my parking garage ramp. Somebody, who is a real person, thought that they could park at the bottom of the ONLY exit in the entire garage. This person most likely voted and may have even conceived a child. The world is a scary place because it's mainly full of complete mouth breathing morons.
