so im going to run as much on the local school running track until their school starts, i can hoop in the fall still if i want. hooping just clears the mind, and walking helps me with my cortisol levels. one day ill be smart enough to take the time to just do all fcking three lol. hoop for a warm up, then run like 2-3 miles, walk then for lower cortisol levels after .....
