-shake of 1 cup of different berries (blackberry,blueberry,raspberry)
-a cup of carrots
-one apple (gala)
-1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- another veggie/alkaline shake with the first round of small meals

repeat prolly 4-5 times (just not the noddles each time )

held off on bananas because them bithes are just like eating candy. gala apple should be fine
