Word. Ja there's really no reason to ever consume sugar, especially at the levels that thy have in sports drinks.

I guess that makes sense about if they were direct causing, then they would take off the shelf. but how hard is that to prove? i heard you needed to always be eating granola, and I was. So I cut it out completely with finding out about the sugar too.
I know about the browning starches stuff on hotdogs or burgers from a grill or fries. I dont mind it because I dont eat them all the time.
