At the time, they needed someone who would work directly at their campus in Grapevine on-site for their programmatic accounts (and they had a lot at the time). I had the right background and could show up there consistently, so salary was 70K plus benefits. They said if I was willing to stay more than 2 years there were other perks down the line, but I was able to jump off and do my own thing about a year-ish later.

If I had lived in some other city though, that opportunity wouldn't have been available. I'm not sure how many campuses they have total, but when I was there they were hiring reps in practically every major city.
